What is my second must-have in my dream house after I get my book nooks?  An amazingly, cozy coffee bar like this one.  It is so cute and simple to make.  I think  coffee and books are a perfect combination (especially those Caramel Brulee Latte's from Starbucks!). 

I love the little touches of this coffee bar including the row of mugs, the intial, and antique looking percolators.  I imagine my coffee bar sitting in that awkward, empty space in my kitchen (or even dining room).   Oh, a girl can dream!
