I believe that Divergent is keeping to the true spirit of YA lit and dystopian lit, unlike a-certain-series-which-will-remain-nameless-for-anti-spoiler-purposes. I hope that V. Roth can keep the story (in the sense of emotional journey) and plot (in the sense of action) in balance while managing to keep Tris' cause from destroying her. I have a feeling that she will! :)Excited for the next installment projected for Fall 2013!

Dear self: Please speak in complete sentences: I meant to say I hope that the story and plot can stay in balance while managing to keep Tris from destroying *herself*

I was candor, which surprised me at first. I kind of expected erudite because I'm the biggest nerd ever. However, something lately has snapped within me which abhors all artifice and people at work have been calling me "honest to a fault." I guess the aptitude test DOES know!

    Does anyone get divergent?
